Foods Award for 2021 Young Investigator

Foods is now inviting nominations for the 2021 Young Investigator Award. This prize will be given to a young investigator in recognition of her/his excellence in the field of food science and technology.

Foods is an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal of food science and technology (ISSN: 2304-8158, IF 4.092 (2019), M21).

The prize:

  • 2000 CHF (Swiss Francs)
  • The option to publish one paper, after peer review, in Foods, with a 100% discount on the article processing charge within two years
  • An engraved plaque.
