As part of the AerPotato project activities, in cooperation with the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade, a workshop for students entitled "Aeroponics - Modern Technology for the Production of Virus-Free Potato Minitubers" was held on June 1, 2026.

During the workshop, students were introduced to the basics of aeroponic potato cultivation, the importance of aeroponics in the production of high-quality seed material (minitubers), the in vitro propagation process of “mother plants”, and had the opportunity to try their hand at activities important for the operation of the AerPotato IBISS aeroponic plant.

Lectures and training were conducted by Dr. Ivana Momčilović (IBISS), Dr. Danijel Pantelić (IBISS), and Prof. Jasna Savić (Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade).
