Multiple Sclerosis News Today has commented on the article and results of collaborative research conducted by scientists from the Department of Immunology, Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" and from the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, which was published in Scientific Reports.

The Goran Ljubijankić Foundation Award for the best PhD thesis in Molecular Biology in 2018 was presented to Dr. Miodrag Dragoj, Department of Neurobiology, for his thesis entitled: Effects of CXCR4 receptor and focal adhesion kinase inhibition in suppressing invasion and overcoming drug resistance in non-small cell lung carcinoma. The thesis was performed in the Institute for Biological Research “Siniša Stanković”, University of Belgrade, under the supervision of Dr. Tijana Stanković and Prof. Dr. Goran Brajušković.
