After two delegations from Wuhan, China, presented their institutions to IBISS researchers, the memorandum was signed by Dr. Mirjana Mihailović, director of IBISS, and Yao Yuen, Chief Risk Officer of WHIIID, and Ali Vari, Marketing Director of Nano Body.

The signing was attended by Assistant Minister Dr. Marina Soković, Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation; Assistant Director Dr. Momir Paunović, IBISS; Deputy Director prof. dr. Ye Yang, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica; Dean Li Xi Ling, Director Hu Bo Tao, Deputy Director Yang Wei, WHIIID; and Chairman Ma Chun Hui, Technical Department Director Fan Zhi Ran, NBLST.
