Abstract
The group of the Department of Genetic Research, Dr. Tanja Adnađević, Dr. Marija Rajičić, Dr. Ivana Budinski, Dr. Milan Miljević, Braka Bajić, Aleksa Rončević, led by Dr. Jelena Blagojević, tested water samples from containers with magnetic treatment, designed for pets (Molecule pet bowl). Testing was performed using the Allium anaphase-telophase assay, the results of which can be extrapolated to mammals. The level of genotoxicity of treated and untreated tap water samples was evaluated and compared. It has been shown that vessels with magnetic treatment significantly reduce the level of genotoxicity, i.e., improve water quality. The testing was done according to the contract signed with the company that designed and created the Molecule pet bowl.
