Luka Petrović

Luka Petrović has been employed at the Department of Plant Physiology since 2019. He completed his undergraduate and master's studies at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, where he also enrolled PhD studies. His research focuses on plant specialized metabolism, with a keen focus on elucidating the biosynthetic pathways of specialized metabolites and optimizing their production through the application of various metabolic engineering techniques. He is a member of the Serbian Society of Plant Physiology (SSPP) and the Federation of European Societies of Plant Biology (FESPB).
