Abstract

Science needs a makeover, which the scientific community has recognised as a priority. Scientific transformation, among other things, involves increasing transparency and accessibility. It is essential to move beyond standard, closed communication frameworks and embrace modern communication trends, which include creating science-popular, audio-visual content and sharing it through various digital channels to increase the availability of information to the wider public. The podcast BIOLOGIRANJE aims to contribute to the accessibility of scientific research to the general public, introduce current scientific studies, and provide useful information from biological and related fields in an easily understandable way. The Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" – a national institution of importance for the Republic of Serbia – is the true epicenter of contemporary biological research, full of scientists eager to share their knowledge. Therefore: "Welcome to BIOLOGIRANJE! Get ready to dive together into the exciting adventure of exploring nature!"
