On Friday, April 21, the Institute had the honor of hosting His Excellency Leyda Ernesto Rodríguez Hernández, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Serbia. This visit was organized in order to establish cooperation between IBISS and scientific institutions in Cuba.

The ambassador was welcomed by the director of the Institute, Dr. Mirjana Mihailović, deputy director, Dr. Momir Paunović, and Dr. Đorđe Miljković, head of the IBISS Department of Immunology. At this event, the basic activities of our institute and the research carried out by our researchers were presented.
