On Friday, October 20, 2023, a Memorandum of understanding was signed between the Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" and the Wuhan Institute of Industrial Innovation and Development (WHIIID), as well as Nano Body Life Science and Technology Co., Ltd (NBLST).

After two delegations from Wuhan, China, presented their institutions to IBISS researchers, the memorandum was signed by Dr. Mirjana Mihailović, director of IBISS, and Mrs. Yao Yuen, Chief Risk Officer of WHIIID, and Mr. Ali Vari, Marketing Director of Nano Body.

The signing was attended by Assistant Minister Dr. Marina Soković, Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation; Assistant Director Dr. Momir Paunović, IBISS; Deputy Director prof. dr. Ye Yang, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica; Dean Li Xi Ling, Director Hu Bo Tao, Deputy Director Yang Wei, WHIIID; and Chairman Ma Chun Hui, Technical Department Director Fan Zhi Ran, NBLST.
