The Serbian Association for Cancer Research (SDIR) at the The third SDIR Scientific days, held on April 25, 2024, at the Oncology Institute of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica, University of Novi Sad, awarded the annual prize for the best cancer research publication in 2023 to Dr. Sofija Jovanović Stojanov from the Department of Neurobiology, IBISS.

Dr. Sofija Jovanović Stojanov, as the first author, presented the paper titled “Coleon U, Isolated from Plectranthus mutabilis Codd., Decreases P-Glycoprotein Activity Due to Mitochondrial Inhibition”.
