During the previous days, colleagues from IBISS participated in the 3rd UNIFood International Conference - UNIFood2024 held in Belgrade from July 28 to 29.

In addition to lectures at the conference, we also had a very interesting presentation at IBISS "Crossing the Desert: The Long Road From Academia to Industry", where a colleague from the Polytechnic Institute from Bragança, Portugal, dr. Márcio Carocho, presented his research, but also talked about his experiences in founding a startup company.
