Traditionally, on June 10, 2024, a festive celebration was held in the Botanical Garden „Jevremovac“ to mark National Science Day, which is also the birthday of Nikola Tesla.

During the celebrations, the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation and the Centre for Promotion of Science (CPN) awarded prizes to the winners of financial support for the best projects for the promotion and popularization of science in 2024. Our Institute and colleague Dr. Marko Mirč received the prize for the Biologiranje project (2024-2025).
