As part of the STRIMHealth project activities to improve the research management skills of IBISS researchers and staff, we are pleased to announce the Training on EU-based research funding and project management, which will take place on March 10, 2025, at the Library of the Institute for Biological Research “Siniša Stanković” (Belgrade, Serbia).

This training is open to employees of the University of Belgrade or Serbian partner institutions interested in applying for EU-funding projects. PhD students and early-stage researchers are particularly encouraged to participate.

 • Funding opportunities and Grant preparation phase
 • Award Phase - Award Decisions and Notifications
 • Post Award Phase - Implementation, Reporting, and Closeout
 • Personal experience with EU collaborative grants: Swedish and Serbian perspective

The training will be given by Prof. Matej Orešič (School of Medical Sciences, Örebro University) and Prof. Goran Stojanović (Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad).
