As part of the planned activities within the STRIMHealth project, the team from IBISS (Dubravka Zailac, Milena Terzić and Zorica Janković from the Administrative and Legal Service, Nikola Jevtić from the Accounting and Financial Service, Dr. Nataša Veličković, STRIMHealth project leader, and Dr. Ivana Stojanović, coordinator of the Project Support Team) conducted a study visit to iMed ULisboa in Portugal from 14 to 18 October 2025.

The aim of the visit was to exchange experiences and gain insight into practices that contribute to successful management of EU projects. During the stay, team members had the opportunity to learn more about the procedures for planning and implementing project proposals, the principles of open data, and the well-developed internal support mechanisms that iMed ULisboa provides to its project teams.

Special attention was devoted to financial and administrative management models that enhance efficiency and transparency. The knowledge and insights gained will be valuable for improving practices within IBISS, with the goal of further strengthening the process of preparing and implementing EU projects in line with the standards of successful European institutions.
