As part of the Radio Belgrade 1 program and the show Step to Science, Dr. Uroš Savković spoke about the most important events that marked the year 2022.

Dr. Savković explained the significance of the Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology, which was awarded to Svante Pääbo for his contribution to research on the interbreeding of anatomically modern and archaic humans. Furthermore, the jubilee of IBISS, which in 2022 marked 75 years of its existence and the success of our researchers in scientific competitions, was highlighted. There was also some talk about the ELEVATE project, which was financed by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, as well as about the experimental evolution training school that was recently held at IBISS.
