Mara Stanišić, a third-year student at the “Ruđer Bošković” Gymnasium, won 2nd place at the International Mathematics, Science & Engineering Fair (IMSEF), held in Izmir, Turkey, from 1–6 June 2026, with her research on the potential use of Tenebrio molitor larvae in polystyrene biodegradation.

The STRIMHealth project consortium gathered for its Second Annual Meeting on 9 June 2026, hosted at the Institute for Biological Research Siniša Stanković in Belgrade, Serbia. The meeting brought together project partners and researchers to review progress achieved during the second year of project implementation and discuss forthcoming activities. The reach and impact of the meeting is emphasized by the participation of the guests from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences and Institute for Medical Research.
